双峰驼肾乳头和肾盂的解剖

对双峰驼肾脏进行了常规解剖，经制作铸型标本观察发现，双峰驼肾小叶的皮质部完全融合、髓质部的融合情况则与部位有关。在肾的正中额切部位，锥体和乳头完全融合形成嵴状总乳头，在其两侧分布有多锥体结构，其中锥体的乳头部又汇集于嵴状总乳头。双峰驼肾有肾盂及与之相通的隐窝结构，叶间动、静脉在分开的锥体和隐窝结构之间通过。

Observations on the Renal-pelvis and Renal-papillae of the Bactrian Camel

The kidneys of the bactrian camel were dissected and were made to casting mould. The cortex of renal lobels was fuesd completely. In the medulla, each part had different fusing situations. The medulla formed a renal crest on the frontal section of the kidney, and 10- 11 separated pyramids were clearly observed on the dorsal or ventral sections of the crest. The papillary ducts of all the separated pyramids opened on the apex of the crest. Both a renal-pelvis and specialized recesses of connecting with the reral-pelris existed in the kidney. The interlobular arteries and veins passed between the pyramids and recesses.
