活性氧代谢与再生芽萌发的关系

摘    要:以汕优149为材料,研究了茎鞘中活性氧代谢与再生芽萌发的关系。结果表明,随着水稻生育期进程和节位的降低,茎稍中SOD活性,再生芽活芽率逐渐下降,MDA含量,渗透率逐步增加。再生芽活芽率与SODI知性呈正相关=0.9720),而与MDA含量及渗透率呈负相关(5r分别为-0.9789,-0.9690)。活性率伤害可能是再生芽死亡的直接原因。4PU-30对活性氧化代谢等有调节作用,能促进再生芽萌发生长。

Abstract:Investigation was carried on hybrid rice Shanyou 149 to study relationship between activated oxygen metabolism and germination of ratooning buds during the ripening stage of the main crop. The results showed that the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in main crop stem sheath and the rate of survival ratooning buds decreased gradually, while malondialdehyde (MDA) content and membrance permeability went up increas ingly with the advance of main crop developmental stage and the fall of node position. The rate of surival buds was significantly and positively correlated with SOD activities but significantly and negatively correlated with MDA content or membrance permeability. The injury caused by activated oxygen might be the direct reason resulting in death of ratooning bud. 4PU 30 played an important role in regulation of activated oxygen metabolism and could improve the germination and growth of ratooning buds.
