摘    要:稀盐 ( 0 .0 1mol/LCaCl2 )提取的磷与冬小麦相对吸磷量的线性相关系数r为 0 734 ,达 0 0 1 %显著水平 .与其他化学方法 (如Olsen、Machigin、Al-Abbas、MehlichⅢ、Mesheryakov)和电超滤法 (EUF)的相关性也达 0 1 %显著水平 .该法操作简便、快速、经济 ,还可以在同一提取液中同时测定氮、磷、钾及其它营养元素 ,是测定石灰性土壤有效磷的可靠方法

Abstract:We discussed dilute salt (0.01 mol L -1 ) extractable P for characterizing the capacity of P supply of Calcareous soils. The dilute extractable P was significantly correlated with relative P uptake of winter wheat evaluated by pot experiments. The dilute extractable P was also related to the P extracted by using other methods, such as Olsen, Machigin, Al-Abbas, Mehlich, Mesheryakov and EUF. The supposed method here is simple, rapid, and cheap. In addition, it has the advantage of simultaneous determination of N, P, K and many other nutrients. However, further study is needed for the use as available P indexes.
