水淹对野古草和秋华柳幼苗茎通气组织形成的影响

摘    要:[目的]研究在不同连续水淹时间和水淹深度处理下,野古草和秋华柳幼苗茎通气组织的形成和变化。[方法]采用徒手切片法制备野古草和秋华柳幼苗茎基部横切面切片,用ESOiNikon显微镜进行观察并运用ACY-2U和SimplePCI软件分析水淹处理后野古草和秋华柳幼苗茎中通气组织大小。[结果]水淹2d后,全淹野古草幼苗茎中通气组织与对照、底淹相比有明显的增大趋势。水淹30d后,底淹和全淹野古草幼苗的茎通气组织与对照无明显差异。水淹15d后,底淹和全淹野古草幼苗茎通气组织明显大于对照。水淹5、10、15和30d后,底淹秋华柳幼苗茎通气组织明显大于对照和全淹幼苗。[结论]水淹促进了野古草和秋华柳幼苗茎中通气组织的形成。

Abstract:[Objective] The purpose was to research the formation and change of aerenchymas in the stems of Arundinella anomala and Salix variegate seedlings treated by different continuous waterflooding times and depths.[Method] The transverse sections of A.anomala and S.variegate seedlings at stem base were prepared by hand-held slicing method and observed under E80i Nikon microscope.The sizes of aerenchymas in the stems of A.anomala and S.variegate seedlings treated by waterflooding were analyzed by ACT-2U and SimplePCI softwares.[Result] After waterflooding for 2 d,compared with CK and base waterflooding,the aerenchymas in the stems of A.anomala seedlings treated by whole waterflooding showed obvious increasing trend.After waterflooding for 30 d,the aerenchymas in the stems of A.anomala seedlings treated by base waterflooding and whole waterflooding had on obvious difference from that in CK.After waterflooding for 15 d,the aerenchymas in the stems of A.anomala seedlings treated by base waterflooding and whole waterflooding were obviously bigger than that in CK.After waterflooding for 5,10,15 and 30 d,the aerenchymas in the stems of S.variegate seedlings treated by base waterflooding were obviously bigger than that in CK and seedlings treated by whole waterflooding.[Conclusion] Waterflooding promoted the formation of aerenchymas in the stems of A.anomala and S.variegate seedlings.
