外源GA3混合配方对巨峰葡萄果实生长前期内源激素的影响

[目的]为了研究外源GA3对巨峰葡萄果实生长前期内源激素的影响。[方法]采用不同浓度的外源GA3混合配方对巨峰葡萄二造果进行处理,了解花后10～30 d葡萄内源激素含量与果实无核率的关系。[结果]外源GA3混合配方处理可以促使巨峰葡萄产生无核果实,并且促进果实膨大,在果实生长前期果实内GA3、IAA、CTK、ABA含量均有不同程度的提高。其中,GA3与IAA含量大致呈现先升后降的变化趋势。CTK含量变化类似,但与CK差异不大。ABA含量与其他激素的变化趋势大致相反。[结论]巨峰葡萄无核化的较好处理为GA312.5 mg/L+SM 200 mg/L+CPPU 10 mg/L。

Effects of Exogenous GA3 on Endogenous Hormones of Kyoho Grape in Early Stages

[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of exogenous GA3 on endogenous hormones in early stages of fruit growing on Kyoho grape.[Method] In order to investigate the proportion relation between endogenous hormones content and fruit seedless rate flowered 10-30 d,the second yield of Kyoho grapes were treated with different concentrations of exogenous GA3.[Result] The results indicated that the different concentrations of GA3 had effects on promoting growth of fruits,enlarging of fruits.The content of endogenous GA3,IAA,CTK and ABA increase variously.The content of endogenous IAA and GA3 have the same change of that ascend firstly then descend.The tendency of CTK was similar to the IAA and GA3,but there were no remarkable differences between CTK and control.The change of ABA deviates from the others,that is,descend firstly then ascend.[Conclusion] The optimal treatment of seedlessness of Kyoho grape was GA3 12.5 mg/L＋SM 200 mg/L＋CPPU 10 mg/L.
