| Abstract: | Many traits that have the economic meaning in domestic animal are controlled by Quantitative Trait Loci (QTL ).the prior, basic strategy and program of mapping , mainstatistical and analytical method of QTL and research progress on QTL in Domestic animal were reviewed in this paper,the current difficulties of application and prospects in the fulure were pointed out also. |
