科技期刊标准化与科技期刊评价

随着科技期刊评价体系的不断完善，定量化指标的不断增多，科技期刊的标准化、规范化具有更加重要的意义。目前科技期刊标准化、规范化方面尚存在的问题有“标准”不准，各行其是；意识不强，缺乏宣传；自定标准，注重功利等。为解决这些问题，建议制定科学、系统、权威的标准，让编辑人员熟悉标准。强化规范化意识，同时应进一步开发计算机检索统计的功能。

STANDARDIZATION OF SCI -TECH JOURNALS AND THEIR EVALUATION

The Standardization and normalization of sci - tech journals has been of greater significance as their evaluation system improves and the number of quantitative evaluation indexes increases. Problems existing in this field are mainly manifested in lack of unified standards and poor standardization awareness among the editorial staff. The editorial departments of some journals have even estab-lished standards of their own regardless the unified leadership of the profession. In order to solve these problems, some suggestions are put forward, i.e. establish scientific, systematic and authoritative standards for sei - tech journals, help the editorial staff to enhance their standardization awareness and further develop the retrieval and statistic functions of computers.
