摘    要:韶关霉素是一种酯溶性多组分杀虫抗生素。经10多个省大面积田间试验,证明该抗生素对棉花、蔬菜、果树、茶株、大豆和花卉等植物上的多种蚜虫、螨类和一些鳞翅目害虫的防治效果达90%左右。具有杀虫谱广、防效高、击倒快、易分解氧化、无残留等特点。虽然急性毒性较高,无疑仍是一个较有前途的农用杀虫抗生素。

Abstract:Shaoguanmycin is a composite antibiotic with insecticidal effects. Results of our experiments showed that conventional bioasaay ia not suitable for quantitative analysis of this antibiotic, as its acting components, SA and SB, are not as sensitive to the 22 races of the tasting microbials as its non-acting components. When SA and SB were teated in a concentration range of 4-2O meg/ml with an ultraspectrophotometer at 235 nm wave length, its concentration and optical density showed a linear correlation. The potency of purified shaoguanmycin prepared by TLC method could be accurately determined on ultraviolet spectrophotometers. It is thus proposed that quantitative anlysls of Shaoguanmycin and detection of its component changes can be quickly done by analyzing the detected SA and SB purified on TLC plate (silica gel HF254) under an ultraviolet light. This method is also of aignificant value for quantitative analysis of other poly-component antibiotics with low asnsitivity to testing microbials.
