| 摘 要： | 综述了农药残留检测中的加速溶剂萃取、超临界流体萃取、固相萃取、固相微萃取、基质固相分散萃取、微波辅助萃取、膜萃取、凝胶渗透色谱等样品前处理技术和色谱法、光谱法及其联用技术、毛细管电泳、生物传感器等仪器检测技术的国内外进展情况,并展望了这一领域的发展方向。

| Abstract: | This article reviews the current progress on pesticide sample preparation and instrumental detection technologies in China and abroad.Methodologies discussed include ASE,SFE,SPE,SPME,MSPDE,MAE,ME,GPC,chromatographic,spectrometry and its associated techniques,capillary electrophoresis and biosensors.The developmental trends in the analytical field of study and applications are also presented. |
