| 摘 要： | 随着人们对食品安全的重视,动物源性产品中兽药残留问题越来越被关注。兽药按其来源可分为天然药物、合成药物及生物技术药物。合成药物是指采用化学合成的方法制得的药品,这类药物品种多,化学结构复杂,大多数不能从药名上了解其化学组成。研究了兽药中合成药物残留的来源、标准体系现状及存在的问题,为今后不断健全和完善我国兽药残留法律法规、标准体系,提高产品质量及扩大生产出口提供了参考。

| Abstract: | People had paid more and more attention to veterinary drug residues in animal products with the emphasizement of food safety. Veter- inary drug is classified into natural drugs, synthetic drugs and biological drugs. Synthetic drugs come from chemical synthesis with the character- istics of variety and complex chemical structure. Furthermore, the name of roost chemical drugs can not be connected with chemical structure. The source of synthetic veterinary drug residues, current situation and research of standard system of veterinary drug residues were analyzed and researched. The research can provide a reference for raising and perfecting the laws and regulations and standard system of veterinary drug resi- due in China, improving product quality and expanding production and export. |
