食品安全查询机的消费者认知和使用行为研究

摘    要:利用德州市397名消费者的问卷调查资料,就消费者对食品安全查询机的认知和使用行为进行研究。结果表明,德州消费者在总体上对食品安全查询机的使用及其功能认知程度较低,影响消费者对食品安全查询机了解程度的主要因素是年龄、职业、性别和学历。影响消费者对食品安全查询机接受程度的主要因素是个体特征因素和风险意识相关因素。消费者没听说过、不了解食品安全查询机以及食品安全查询机所能查到的食品安全项目太少起不到安全防范的作用是人们对食品安全查询机缺乏认识的主要原因。

Abstract:The consumers' perception and use of food safety inquiry machine were studied based on the questionnaire data from 397 consumers of Dezhou. The result indicates that the consumers of Dezhou show a low level in use and functional perception of food safety inquiry machine ,with the major influencing factors including age, occupation, sex and educational background. The main factors influencing the acceptance of food safety inquiry machine by consumers are individual characteristics and sense of risk. The lack of perception for food safety inquiry machine mainly results from the consumers' lack of knowledge about food safety inquiry machine and the limited number of food safety items available in the ma- chine which is not sufficient to prevent safety problems.
