基于Android系统的气象灾情手机直报平台的设计开发

气象灾情收集是确保气象部门及时了解情况、部署气象服务工作的重要措施。构建了基于Android的气象灾情直报平台,该平台采用Android作为移动终端系统,选取气象信息员为客户端使用对象,气象信息员通过Android手机直报系统及时报告辖区内气象灾情信息,并同时在PC端动态显示出来。该系统充分利用因特网资源,实现灾情上报业务的网络化、自动化和实时化,力争在第一时间内准确收集、整理、上报第一手气象灾情,为政府相关部门在气象灾情防控指挥中提供有效的决策支持。

The Design for An Android-based Mobile Phone Application that Alerts Target Users of Severe Weather

Meteorological disaster collection is an important measure which can keep abreast of the situation and also can do a good job on mete- orological services. We have devised a comprehensive Android-based weather-reporting application for this purpose. The app employs Android as a mobile terminal, and it selects weathermen as target anchorman, who can then update users in real time about the local weather situation. Via this mobile app, PC terminals can show the current weather situation simultaneously, giving strong support to government decision makers in their efforts to minimize the damage caused by natural disasters.
