莲属分类与遗传资源多样性及其应用

莲是集观赏、食用和药用于一身的重要水生经济植物。分类学结果表明美洲黄莲应归为中国莲亚种。我国拥有丰富的莲遗传资源,不仅体现在地方和栽培品种种类多上,而且在基因组DNA上也得到充分体现。研究表明莲属、中国莲的野莲和花莲均具有较高遗传多样性。针对当前我国研究相对薄弱的藕产品加工和资源综合利用,及以中国莲为试材开发药物的药理学研究,对莲资源分类、遗传多样性及国外相关研究进展进行了综述。
