基于MAPGIS管理系统的县级农村土地利用数据库更新——以承德市双滦区为例

农村土地利用数据库更新是国土资源“一张图”建设的一项重要内容，也是实现国土资源动态管理的主要方法。该文以MAPGIS农村土地调查管理系统为平台，以承德市双滦区为例，着重探讨了农村土地利用数据库更新的流程和方法，并对数据库更新过程中应重点注意的问题和解决方法进行了阐述。 

Updates of Rural Land Use Database Based on MAPGIS Management System Taking Shuangluan District of Chengde City as an Example

Updates of rural land use database is an important part of‘a map’construction for land resources，and main method of land resource dynamic management.Taking MAPGIS management system of rural land investigation as the platform，and taking Shuangluan district of Chengde city as an example，process and method of updating database of land use in rural areas were discussed.Key problems should be paid more attention and solving methods were described.
