摘    要:以6118型柴油机为研究对象,应用有限元分析技术分析其机体的结构强度。首先根据柴油机的二维图纸,利用ANSYS有限元软件初步设计机体的几何模型,然后利用ANSYS有限元分析软件成功地建立了有限元分析模型,利用有限元分析技术分析机体的静强度,并计算出了各种状态下的结果。本课题将有限元方法应用到柴油机机体上的研究,可有效地缩短柴油机设计周期,减少反复试验和经验判断的误差,提高产品研发效率。

Abstract:Technology of FEA is used to analyze the strength of cylinder block of 6118 engine. First, the geometric model of cylinder block is designed based on the 2D drawing of diesel engine by software of ANSYS. And finite-element analysis model is successfully established by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software. The static strength of the diesel engine cylinder block is analyzed with advanced FEA technology using the above model, the results in all conditions are calculated out. Because of the application of the finite element method in cylinder block research, the design time has been shortened effectively and the error at repeated tests and judgment by experience has also been reduced, the design efficiency has been improved.
