| 摘 要： | 油茶扦插育苗试验研究结果表明,不同技术人员进行的扦插,成活率及其苗木的顶芽数、侧芽数、侧根数都存在显著差异;不同浓度吲哚丁酸溶液浸泡处理后扦插,对油茶扦插成活率具有显著的影响,最适宜浓度为100×10-6。油茶硬枝、软枝扦插都可成活,关键在于扦插技术掌握的程度。

| Abstract: | The study results of Camellia oleifera cutting seedling experiment show that there are significant differences between all the survival rates,and apical bud,lateral bud,as well as lateral root numbers of the seedlings with cutting conducted by various technical personnels;cutting after the soaking treatments with different concentrations of indolebutyric acid solutions possesses a significant effect on C.oleifera cutting survival rate,the most suitable concentration is 100×10 -6 .C.oleifera may survive both with hard branch cutting and with soft branch cutting,the key lies in the degree of mastering the cutting technology. |
