摘    要:数值模拟和试验验证了板翅式油冷器进出油管位置对油流动的均匀性和油侧压降的影响。在数值计算中采用多孔介质模型简化具有错位翅片的油道,并引入油流动均匀性系数来评价流动的均匀性。计算结果和试验数据表明,CFD作为虚拟试验的工具具有明显的优点,它能展现内部流动的细节,对散热器优化设计具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The inlet and outlet position of heat exchangers plays an important role in the mass flow rate distribution and pressure drop across the plate-fin oil cooler; the two geometrical parameters were studied by numerical simulation and verified by experimental work. In the simulation process, the porous media model was introduced to substitute the offset-strip-fin oil channel, and the non-uniformity coefficient was used to evaluate the mass flow rate distribution.
