特早熟大麦5199的特早穗性遗传

摘    要:5199是一抽穗期比一般早熟大麦品种早20d左右的特早熟棱皮大麦,对4个杂交组合6个世代(F1、F2、B1、B2、P1、P2)的抽穗期挂牌观察分析结果表明,大麦的出苗至抽穗天数及有效积温至少受3对效应大小不同,且存在互作效应的主效基因控制,迟穗性对早穗性呈部分生,基因累加效应起主导作用,5199的特早穗性受3对存在隐生上生效应的隐性基因控制,与其它主要目标性状无明显的负向关联。

Abstract:is a six rowed super early line whose heading time is about 20 days earlier than other early maturing varieties in barley. The results of studies on the heading dates of the 6 generations (F 1,F 2, B 1,B 2,P 1,P 2) of 4 crossed lines of 5199 show that the days and effectively accumulated temperature from emerging to heading are controlled by at least three loci major genes which have different effects. Late earing is partly dominant to early earing. The additive effects of genes play a major role in the forming of the two characters. The interaction between these genes also contribute to them. The super early heading of 5199 is controlled by at least three recessive genes between which there exist significant recessive gene epistatic effects. There is no negative correlation between super early earing genes in 5199 and other objective traits.
