食品专业课程体系建设初探

摘    要:通过分析食品专业课程体系的现状和存在的问题,提出食品专业课程体系建设中理论教学、实验教学和实践教学的改革方案。引进学生自主因素,使食品专业的课程体系更加人性化、合理化。充分调动学生学习的积极性、主动性,培养学生的动手能力和创新能力,为国家经济建设培养出高素质的食品专业人才。

Abstract:We put forward an improving plan about the academic teaching,experiment teaching and practice teaching of the building of food speciality course system through analyzing the actuality and existing problems of the food speciality course system.The student's independence factor is introduced into this plan,and this plan makes the food speciality course system more human and more reasonable.This improving plan can bring student's enthusiasm and initiative into study,train student's operational capacity and innovative ability.More of food speciality qualified scientists and technicians will be trained for national economic construction with this improving plan.
