配方均匀设计法优化挤压膨化物料配比

摘    要:利用均匀设计软件生成的15种原料配比对其营养成分、膨化度和糊化度进行分析研究,以确定挤压膨化的最佳进料比。结果表明,豆粕中含有丰富的蛋白质,但其淀粉含量非常低,与小米和大麦恰好相反,配比7中蛋白质含量稍低;15种原料配比的膨化度和糊化度比较分析得出配比1优于其他配比。综合以上因素,选取原料的配比为8∶1∶1作为小米、大麦和豆粕复合挤压膨化的进料比。

Abstract:By uniform design software generate 15 kinds of the ratio of raw materials on the nutrient components,the expanded degrees and pasting degree analysis to determine the best material ratio.The results show that Soybean meal contains rich in protein,but the starch content is very low,the millet and the barley just the opposite,the seventh ratio protein content in the lower.The expansion degree and pasting degrees of 15 kinds of ratio of raw materials comparative analysis of the ratio 1 better than any other ratio.Comprehensive above factors,we select raw material ratio for 8∶1∶1 as feeding than of millet,barley and meal composite extrusion.
