摘    要:近年来,随着中国乳品业的高速发展,产品市场结构调整需求越来越迫切。作为全球乳制品贸易举足轻重的干酪,顺理成章成为当前国内乳制品结构调整瞄准开发的另一块巨大市场。从特色干酪产品的特点、周边国家的发展史、国内市场产品等方面进行讨论,对干酪产业在中国的发展前景进行解析。

Abstract:In recent years,with the developing of dairy industry in China,the demand of adjusting the structure of market has become more intense.Cheese plays an important role in global dairy trade and has become the aim of adjusting the structure in the huge market.In this paper,the characteristic of cheese,history in our neighbor country and product in market have been discussed.The developmental prospect of cheese industry in China has been analyzed.
