| 摘 要： | 粮油检验教学模式的改革与实践,是以培养学生"职业能力"为目标,通过强化学生操作技能训练、开展"任务驱动教学"、开设创新型和研究型实验以及加大工学结合力度等方式,从而提高学生在实践中分析问题和解决问题的实际应用能力和创新能力。这对培养适合粮油行业需要的高素质技能型人才具有非常重要的作用。

| Abstract: | By focusing on professional abilities,muti-teaching ways(e.g.training,"task-driven",innovative and experimental research,work-integrated education mode etc.) are adopted in the reform of teaching model of Cereal and Oil Quality Control. This teaching mode helps improve skilled manufacture students with innovative minds and the ability to innovate.It's very important to train high quality person with technical ability for grain and oil industry. |
