植物生长调节剂对大叶红草的矮化效应

摘    要:采用多效唑(PP333)、比久(B9)和6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)喷施大叶红草,探讨3种植物生长调节剂对大叶红草生长及生理的影响.结果表明:3种植物生长调节剂均不同程度地对大叶红草产生矮化作用,表现为抑制植物株高、茎间长、叶长、叶宽;PP333和6-BA使茎增粗;3种调节剂处理均提高了大叶红草的呼吸速率和叶绿素、花青素、可溶性糖的含量,PP333和6-BA使大叶红草叶片过氧化物酶活性和可溶性蛋白质含量增加;3种生长调节剂中,PP333对大叶红草的矮化效果最佳,而6-BA对大叶红草生理变化的影响最大.

Abstract:PP333,B9 and 6-BA were sprayed onto Altemanthera versicolor in order to research physiologic influences of the 3 plant growth regulators on this plant.Results showed that all of these three plant regulators had dwarfing effect on Altemanthera versicolor in different degree.They suppressed plant growth in respects of plant height,node length,leaf length and width.Stems were thicker compared to the control in PP333 and 6-BA treatmeants.Respiration rate and contents of chlorophyl,anthocyanin and soluble sugar ...
