四川烟叶产业SWOT分析及发展策略研究

为明确四川烟叶产业在炙热化市场竞争中的情况，打造四川烟叶产业的核心竞争力，推进四川烟叶可持续发展，运用SWOT模型经济学方法，从影响竞争力的各主要要素进行分析，剖析四川烟叶产业的竞争力情况。结果表明四川烟叶产业具有自然资源、基础设施、品种与生产力的优势，同时指出四川烟叶存在生产技术落后、烟叶质量欠佳、服务体系不完善等问题。通过构建SWOT矩阵，针对性提出提高四川烟叶产业市场核心竞争力的发展策略，为四川烟叶产业在新一轮的发展中提供参考。从SWOT经济学分析的方法可以看出四川烟叶产业发展基础良好，提高核心竞争力的各项条件具备，且实际操作切实可行。

SWOT Analysis and Development Strategy Research of Sichuan Tobacco Industry

To clarify the condition of Sichuan tobacco industry in the market competition, improve the core competitiveness and promote the sustainable development of tobacco industry, SWOT model was used to analyze the competitive situation of tobacco industry in Sichuan Province from the perspective of influencing elements on the competitiveness. The results showed that the competitive advantages of Sichuan tobacco in the market were natural resources, infrastructure, variety and productive force. Competition disadvantages were production technology, tobacco quality and service system. Through constructing SWOT matrix, the authors put forward the development strategy of improving the core competitiveness of Sichuan tobacco industry market, and provided reference for the development of Sichuan tobacco industry in the future. Results of SWOT economic analysis indicated that the development of tobacco industry in Sichuan was good, conditions for improving the core competitiveness were obtained, and the practical operation was feasible.
