油松雌性不育无性系的发现及其原因分析

摘    要:辽宁兴城油松种子园#28无性系嫁接树,自7a生时雌性孢子叶球就能正常生长、膨大和开裂,经不同杂交组合制种,至15a生时仍不能生产正常的种子。据对大、小孢子叶球发育的观察,胚珠中途停止发育,球果成熟时,胚珠直径仅3mm,内部空瘪。本文首次报道油松雌配子体不育。

Abstract:Although the female cones of the clone No. 28 in Xingcheng seed orchard of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr., Liaoning province were able to grow in normal size and appearence since the 7th year after grafting, no any filled seed was produced till the 15th year. The development of the ovules stagneted in the second spring after flowering. When the cones were matured the ovules were 3mm in diameter and emptied inside . The female infertility was mainly caused by physiological and genetic-al factors.
