甘蔗幼叶组织培养中培养基的优化

摘    要:对不同激素浓度质量组合对甘蔗愈伤组织的诱导、不定芽的分化和生根的效果进行研究。结果表明:MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L培养基对诱导愈伤组织和继代增殖较适宜;MS+NAA0 mg/L+BA 1.0 mg/L培养基对愈伤组织分化不定芽的效果为佳;1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L培养基对生根较好。通过这3个培养基培养出的甘蔗组培苗长势良好,表现为叶面积适宜、干物质积累多等方面。
