摘    要:大岩桐盆栽植株叶片进行培养,成功获得了再生植株,对其组织培养过程的组织学观察,表明MS培养基上附加不同浓度的NAA和BA对愈伤组织的形成影响不大,但对不定芽的分化有较大影响,得出最佳培养基组合为MS BA 1.0 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L.山沙 土(1:1)可促进小苗后期生长,加速成苗.

Abstract:An efficient and reliable method for shoot regeneration from leaf disks of Sinningia speciosa was established.Histological observations on calli and bud formation were carried out.The results are as follows:there were no differences in callus induction,but there were significant difference in bud formation.The optimum medium for shoot regeneration was MS BA 1.0 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L.
