| 摘 要： | 以西方蜜蜂(Apis mellifera Linnaeus)为实验材料,在2 h内观察蜂王标记产卵,20天后取样.运用ISSR(inter-simple sequence repeat)标记分子技术和NTSYS聚类软件分析各个卵之间的亲缘关系和亚家庭数组成.结果表明:蜂王在短时间内不会固定产某一个亚家庭卵.

| Abstract: | The experiment were conducted with Apis mellifera Linnaeus. Observing the queen lay eggs for 2 hours and marked the eggs which were sampled 20 days latter. Genetic relatedness and subfamily composition of the eggs were analyzed by ISSR markers and NTAYS software. As the results showed that the queen will not produce only one sub-family in a short period of time. |
