| 摘 要： | 运用C－D生产函数法，对1980－1999年的农业科技进步贡献率进行了测度，结果表明：科技进步为农业经济增长的重要因子，进一步预测“十五”期间农业科技进步贡献率为45％，并提出了实现45％的农业科技进步贡献率的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper uses production function to make a measurement of the contribution rate of agriculture of progress in science and technology between 1980 and 1999.Progress in science and technology proves to be an important function in economic growth of agriculture.This paper forecasts that it is 45% that progress in science and technology conduce to the contribution rate of agriculture in "the tenth five plan",and put forward a series of countermeasure and propose for realizing the 45% contribution rate of agriculture of progress in science and technology. |
