摘    要:线粒体热激蛋白具有分子伴侣活性,与植物耐热性和耐冷性有关,对逆境条件下植物氧化磷酸化的电子传递具有保护作用。现就植物线粒体热激蛋白生物学功能的研究进展作简要介绍,并对今后此领域的研究作以展望。

Abstract:The molecular chaperone ability of plant mitochondria-localized heat shock proteins was analysed. The correlation between plant mitochondria-localized heat shock proteins and the acquirement of heat tolerance and chilling tolerance, and electron transport protection of oxidative phosphorylation under stress were reviewed. In this paper, advanced researches about mitochondria-localized heat shock proteins were introduced and perspected.
