| 摘 要： | 本文综述了发达国家与发展中国家农业科技信息系统的管理功能、信息资源开发与利用及整个农业研究信息系统的管理状况；阐述了现代农业研究信息系统管理的发展趋势，根据国际上较为成熟的经验，结合中国的国情，提出了加强和改善中国农业科技信息系统管理的建议。
