冀西北坝上地区农业结构的调整方向和途径

通过对冀西北坝上地区农业基本条件、农业结构历史沿革和现状分析，阐明了坝上地区发展农业的不利因素和有利条件，提出了坝上这个特定地区在向市场经济体制转变过程中农业结构的调整方向和基本途径。其调整的方向主要是：稳定农、牧、林占地结构，调整农业产值结构，面向市场，发展农、牧产品加工业和经贸活动，建立贸、工、农（牧）一体化生产格局，实行以工促贸，以工、贸促农促牧，农业为畜牧业发展服务，农、牧业为工贸服务，为当地人民生活服务的基本方针。

Directions and Ways of Agrostructure Adjustment in Ba shang Area,Norty-west of HeBei Province in Process of Transformation Towards Market Ecnomic System

Through analysis of the basic conditions in agriculture,the historical changes ofagro-structure and the present conditions in Bashang area, the norty- west of Hebei province, this article explained the advantages and disadvantages of developing agriculture in Basheng area,and put forward the directions and ways of agricultural structure adjustment in Bashang area in the process of transformation towards market economic system. The main directions of the adjustment are: stabilizing the distribution of land propety in agriculture,animal husbundry and forestry; adjusting the agricultural structure of output value;developing the agricultural-husbundarial process and the trade activities according to the market;establishing commercal- industrial - agricultural integration prodution style;promoting trade by the development of industies, which, in turn agriculture,andhusbundary;agriculture providing serrices for husbundary, as the basis of further developing industries trade to improve the local's life
