莴苣种子引发回干后贮藏效果的研究

摘    要:试验研究了莴苣种子引发回干后不同贮藏期种子发芽活力和种子POD、SOD活性的变化,试验结果表明,处理1(-13.00 MPa,引发7 d)的莴苣种子最好,经过60 d和90 d的贮藏期后种子仍保持了引发的显著效果.

Abstract:Effect of different storage time after lettuce seed priming and dehydration on seed vigor and POD, SOD activity was studied in this trial. The results showed that seeds primed at-13.00 Mpa for 7 d, dehydrated after priming, stored for 60 and 90 days after dehydration still remained the significant superiority of priming.
