摘    要:黑色素广泛分布于微生物、植物和动物体内,并具有重要的生理功能。作者综述了黑色素的形成过程并详细分析总结了TYRP1基因特征及其变异对动物肤色的影响,为研究乌骨绵羊和乌骨鸡乌质性状形成的分子基础提供依据。

Abstract:Melanin was distributed widely in microorganism, plant and animal and played significantly physiological roles. This article reviewed research progress in animal melanin synthesis and pigmentation. Furthermore, the effect of molecular characteristic and mutation of tyrosinase related protein 1 gene (TYRP1) on animal pigmentation and skin color was summarized. All results will provide the molecular basis on black traits of black-boned sheep and silky fowl.
