| 摘 要： | 分子生物学技术的介入使稻瘟病菌遗传规律的研究得到迅速发展，人们已经建立了稻瘟病菌的遗传转化体系，构建其遗传图谱并克隆了数种与致病性有关的基因，同时利用重复ＤＮＡ序列从分子水平上对病菌的群体遗传学进行了研究．稻瘟病菌分子遗传学研究的进一步发展，将有利于揭示病菌的致病机理并为病害的防治提供新的思路和手段

| Abstract: | The rapid development of genetics of rice blast fungus ( Magnaporthe grisea )had been obtained with application of molecular techniqurs.In this review ,we described the advances in transformation systems and genetic maps of the fungus ,and the relatonship between cloned genes ans pathogenicity.The application of repetitive DNA sequences (MGR)for host specificity and phylogenetic analysys were also discussed. |
