基于Flexsim软件的鼓风机叶轮加工系统仿真

摘    要:加工系统仿真是利用加工系统模型在仿真环境和条件下,对加工系统进行研究分析和实验.其目的是找出瓶颈所在,并通过仿真实验研究系统优化目标下的一些系统参数和运作策略的优化设置,作为决策分析的依据.应用Flexsim 3.0 Demo离散事件仿真软件程序,对工业企业中真实的加工系统建立仿真模型,从而分析加工系统中存在的问题,找出解决这些问题的办法和措施.

Abstract:The processing system simulation use the processing system model to carry out the research,analysis and experi- ments in the simulative condition and environment.The goal of the simulation is to find choke point,and investigate optimum set- ring system parameter and operating tactics by simulating experiment,as the basis of decision analysis under certain system optimi- zation target.The software"Flexsim 3.0 Demo"which is classified as a discrete-event simulating software program was applied to simulate the processing system in the industrial enterprises in this paper.And the simulative model of the real process system was established.We analyzed the problems which exist in processing system,and found out methods to solve them.
