泡桐苗期性状差异和相关的研究*

摘    要:1983年至1985年在四川省资中县林场对泡桐属9个种的16个苗期性状进行了观测,并通过两两性状的相关分析和用逐步回归的方法进行了研究。结果表明,包括苗高和地径在内的13个性状之间的着显著的表型相关性;各种间、各性状间的相关系数和重复力的差异显著。与苗高相关紧密的主要因子有节数、地径、维管束痕长、叶痕宽、叶宽和叶柄夹角;影响地径的主导因子为维管束痕宽、叶长和苗高。

Abstract:seedling characteristics of genotype of 239 samples belonging to 9 speciesin Paulownia genus had been tested in nursery in Zhizong County,Sichuan Province from1983 to 1985.The correlation of each two characteristics and the data are analysed throtighthe method of stepwise regression, The results are as follows:1.there are significant correla-tions between 13 characteristics including height and diameter at ground level etc. Thatmeans the other characteristics will probably be improved more or less while some character-istics are improved.2.there are obvious differences in correlation coefficient and repeat heri-tability of species and characteristics so that the selection of characteristics at nursery stagewould be different in species and varied characteristics. 3.in the Paulownia genus the majorfactors influencing height and diameter of roots cuttings and regression eqtiation are indicatedin this paper.
