馈能型悬架综合性能评价体系

摘    要:根据车辆平顺性的3个评价指标以及悬架节能性能,利用主观评价法和客观评价法各自的优点,建立了馈能型悬架综合性能评价体系。根据各评价指标的重要性,利用层次分析法,确定它们的主观权重;根据各评价指标的性能统计数据,利用熵值法,确定它们的客观权重;综合主观权重与客观权重,确定各评价指标的最终权重;最后根据各评价指标的最终权重与性能统计数据计算馈能型悬架综合性能的评价值。该评价体系以逐次淘汰的方式求优,通过最小的评价值与最优的馈能型悬架综合性能相对应的方式评选出最优的悬架参数方案,该体系条理性强,评选结果准确,便于计算机编程使用。

Abstract:Based on three evaluating indexes of vehicle ride comfort and suspension saving energy performance, an evaluating system of reclaiming energy suspension comprehensive performance is presented by using subjective evaluation and objective evaluation method. Firstly, according to importance of evaluating indexes, their subjective weights are gotten by using AHP method; secondly, according to performance statistics data of evaluating indexes, their objective weights are gotten by using entropy method; thirdly, general weights can be gotten from subjective and objective ones; finally, evaluating value of suspension comprehensive performance can be calculated according to general weights and performance statistics data of evaluating indexes. By using this evaluating system the best scheme of structure parameters can be gotten step by step through a manner of the least evaluating value corresponding to the best suspension comprehensive performance, there is a good logicality in calculation, accurate evaluating result can be gotten, and the system is easily compiled to a computer program.
