摘    要:用不同浓度PEG-8000处理桃形李(Prunus salicinaLindl)枝条产生水分亏缺的方法,研究不同程度水分胁迫对叶片RWC、RMP和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,随着胁迫时间的延长和强度的加大,叶片RWC下降、MDA含量和RPM增大。不同程度水分胁迫,均表现出POD活性先降后升、CAT活性先升后降的趋势;SOD活性在轻、中度胁迫下表现出先升后降,重度胁迫下先降后升再降的变化趋势。3种酶活性在胁迫过程中除重度胁迫处理低于CK外,其余处理均高于CK。

Abstract:Effects of water stress in different degree on the leaf RWC,RMP and antioxidase activity were studied by the method with different density PEG-8000 processing the Prunus salicina Lindl branches which caused moisture content to be lacked.The result indicated that,with the duration of stress time and the increase leaf RWC decreased,but the MDA content and RPM increased.The various degree water stress caused the POD activity first falling and later rising and the CAT activity first rose and later fell.Under the light and moderate stress,the SOD activity first rose and later fell.Under the strong stress,it first fell later rose and the last fell again.3 kinds of enzyme activities in the stressed process besides the strong stress were lower than CK,they were higher than CK in the other treatments.
