| 摘 要： | 本文结合国内外肉牛产业的发展趋势和甘肃省肉牛产业的发展方向,从"陇东肉牛"的发展现状、转型和发展途径等方面对"陇东牛肉"进行了详实分析讨论,同时提出了只有将牛肉生产作为专门化的产业来发展,我国肉牛产业才能稳步前进。
