宁夏南部山区退耕还林新模式初探

为确保宁南山区退耕还林工作的顺利开展,针对该区干旱缺水的现实和退耕还林工作中出现的问题,在保证粮食生产和农民增收的前提下,提出了“山顶紫花苜蓿盖帽,山台广种杏,地埂刺槐、椿树缠腰,村庄附近隔坡梯田套温室大棚”的生态建设新模式,并介绍了其具体的实施方法。

Preliminary Approach to New Mode of Returning Land for Farming to Forestry in the Southern Mountainous Area of Ningxia

In order to propitiously return land for farming to forestry conducted in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia, the paper puts forward a new mode of ecological construction of “planting Alfalfa on hill’s top, Apricot trees on table land, Locust and Chinese Toona on hillsides and, terraced field with slope and with green houses nearby the village” and introduces its detailed methods for implementation in the light of the reality of dry and lack of water of the region and the occurred problems during returning land for farming to forestry and under the preconditions of ensuring the grain production and increased income of farmers.
