丛生福禄考的离体繁殖

摘    要: 建立了丛生福禄考离体繁殖体系。用0.1% HgCl2溶液对丛生福禄考的新生嫩茎进行消毒, 适宜的消毒时间为10 min。1 mm茎尖的成苗率达到83.3%。去顶芽的试管苗新梢比具顶芽的试管苗新梢的增殖能力高约50%。采用腋芽萌发途径,品种丹尼尔垫和多摩流的增殖系数分别达18和8。在附加IBA 0. mg/L的1/2 MS培养基上新梢的生根率达到80%。试管苗大规模移栽的成活率达90%以上。基因型显著地影响丛生福禄考离体增殖的效率。

Abstract:An efficiency system of propagation in vitro of Phlox subulata L.was developed.The optimum sterilization of young shoots was 10 minutes with 0 1% HgCl 2.The rate of shoots forming from 1 mm shoot tips reached 83 3%.The multiplication coefficient of in vitro decapitated shoot was 50% higher than the multiplication coefficient of whole shoot.For cultivars'Daniel cushion'and'Tamaryuu',the multiplication coefficients reached 18 and 8 respectively.On the half strength MS medium supplemented with IBA 0 2 mg/L,the rate of rooting of in vitro shoots of Phlox subulata L.reached 80%.The survival rate of plants transplanted on a large scale was more than 90%.The efficiency of multiplication of Phlox subulata L.was affected significantly by genotypes.
