云南不同产地茯苓总三萜含量测定

摘    要:采用香草醛-冰乙酸-高氯酸显色法测定来自云南3个不同地区茯苓中的总三萜含量.结果表明,3个不同地区茯苓中总三萜平均含量为5.96 mg·g-1~9.26 mg·g-1,它们之间没有显著差异.茯苓皮中总三萜平均含量13.44 mg·g-1,显著高于茯苓肉3.37 mg·g-1,并且新鲜茯苓样品中总三萜含量低于干燥样品.

Abstract:The content of total triterpenoid of Wolfiporia cocos from three different origins in Yunnan province by Vanillin-glacial acetic acid-perchloric acid colorimetric method were determined.The results showed that the average contents of total triterpenoid of W.cocos from three different origins were between 5.96 mg·g-1~9.26 mg·g-1,and there were no significant difference among them.The average content of total triterpenoid in poria peel was 13.44 mg·g-1,which was significantly higher than that in the poria flesh(3.37 mg·g-1).The total triterpenoid in the fresh W.cocos samples was lower than that in the dry ones.
