甜叶悬钩子茎尖微繁技术研究

摘    要:对甜叶悬钩子的茎尖微繁技术进行了研究。结果表明:在MS培养基中附加植物生长调节剂BA0 2~0 5mg·L-1和NAA0 2mg·L-1,诱导茎尖效果最佳,诱导率高达76%;在附加植物生长调节剂BA0 6mg·L-1和NAA0 3mg·L-1的MS培养基上进行丛芽继代培养,增殖倍数可达7 5倍;壮苗生根培养用1/2MS培养基附加植物生长调节剂NAA0 7mg·L-1和活性炭为佳。

Abstract:The technique of propagating stem tip of Rubus suavissimus S.Lee were studied in this paper.The results showed that:The MS culture medium appending 0.2~0.5mg.L BA and 0.2mg.L NAA were better in micro-propagating of stem tip,The induction rate were 76%;Tufty bud were secondly incubated in the MS culture medium appending 0.6mg·L BA and 0.3mg·L NAA;Its proliferous multiple reached 7.5;The 1/2MS culture medium appending 0.7mg·L NAA and active carbon were better in rooting of vigorous seedlings.
