人工诱导禾谷顶囊壳有性态发生方法的研究

摘    要:利用小麦根部分离的18个禾谷顶囊小麦变种(Gaeumannomycesgraminisvar.tritici)菌株,对诱导该菌产生子囊壳的方法进行了研究。结果表明,以WSY(麦秆、酵母膏)三角瓶法效果最好,产壳株率为100%;其次为PD三角瓶法和1/2PDA琼脂培养皿法。寄主活体诱导法也能较好地诱导产壳。该菌产生子囊壳的最适温度为15~20℃,最适pH值为7.0~7.5,光照是产壳的必需条件。

Abstract:The study was conducted to develop the effective methods for producing perithecia of Gaeumannomyces graminis.18 isolates of G.graminis var tritici were used.The results showed that WSY (wheatstalk and yeast extract) flask method was the most effective,with the perithecium productionrate being 100%. PD flask method and 1/2PDA plate method were more effective.The vivid host method was also effective.The results indicated that the most suitable temperature and pH value for perithecium production were 1520 and pH 6.07.5,respectively.Light was necessary.
