| 摘 要： | 冻干标本是全国各大农业院校广泛使用和最为适用的标本。但冻干标本的缺点是因干燥而变脆，在使用中易损坏，且易发生虫蛀，而失掉使用价值。根据多年反复试验研究。对实验室的１８个整体，８２件肢体和头部及２３件内脏冻干标本进行了彻底保护和维修。取得了非常满意的效果。

| Abstract: | Frozen-dried specimens were widely used in teaching and research among domestic agricultural universities.But several defects were found with the frozen-dried specimen,such as fragile due to dry,breakable in use,eas to be eaten by moth,made the specimen disable to use.On the basis of our test and research in the past several years,a thorough protection and maintenance of the frozen-dried specimens including 18 whole bodies,82 limbs and 23 viscera was undertaken last year and satisfactory results were achieved. |
