齿瓣石斛人工授粉试验

摘    要:对齿瓣石斛的人工授粉试验结果:在5种授粉方式中,异丛异花授粉方式座果率最高,达62.68%,同丛异花授粉方式次之,达到50%,自然授粉不形成座果;在开花头1~2d授粉和控制授粉花朵数在20朵/丛以下,有利于提高座果率。

Abstract:Experiment of hand-pollinate on Dendrobium devonianum was conducted.Results showed that of 5 pollinations,the percentage of fruit-setting reaches the highest under cross-pollination treatment,up to 62.68%.Then is the cross-pollination with the same clump,up to 50%.There is no fruit-setting under natural pollination.The percentage of fruit-setting can be improved if pollinate in the first or the second day after full-blooming or control the pollinated flower number below 20 per clump.
