摘    要:气吸播种能保证播种精度,并且性能稳定可靠.为此,通过ANSYS软件模拟5,10,20,30,40kPa真空度时的吸嘴流场,得到这些真空度所对应的播种器吸嘴吸附距离.并与理论有效吸附距离和实验数据对比,最终确定吸嘴的吸附距离是随着真空度的加大而增大的.

Abstract:Vacuum suction seeding-machine can ensure seeding precision,and it has stable and reliable performance. In this article,suction nozzle fluid field has been simulated in 5kPa,10kPa,20kPa,30kPa,40kPa vacuum case,we obtain that the results of adsorption distance,and contrast it with the theory obtained effective adsorption distance and experimental data.The final adsorption distance is larger when vacuum become larger.
