农村信息化的经济学分析

在“三农”问题越来越受到重视的情况下,在建设社会主义新农村的背景下,农村信息化正在受到来自社会各界的关注,也日益成为学者关注的焦点。农村信息化是一个既涉及科学技术领域,又涉及社会科学领域的一个综合性概念,本文通过对农村信息化概念的讨论和界定,以经济学的视角来讨论农村信息化的一些基本问题,并对于农村信息化的这些基本问题做出了回答,提出政策建议。

The economic analysis of rural informatization

In the condition that three rural questions is being payed more and more attentions and in the building of new socialist countryside, the rural informatization is being concerned by any communitys, and has also becoming the focus of scholars. Rural informatization is a comprehensive concept which related the field of science and technology, involving the fields of social science. The paper discussed the concept of rural informatization, and some basic issues of rural informatization in the economic perspectives, then answered these basic issues of rural informatization, and put forward the policy recommendations.
