| 摘 要： | 参考咨询是实现开发利用信息资源的最佳途径之一，随着信息资源的海量增长，参考咨询步入了数字参考咨询阶段。本文论述了高校信息资源增长状况，高校开展参考咨询服务工作的优势，并对数字参考咨询服务方式作了阐述和调查，阐明要在资源共享中发展数字参考咨询服务的观点。

| Abstract: | Reference consuhation is the best way to realize the development and utilization of information resources. With a large increase of information resources, reference consultation has been in a stage of digital. The article discusses the increase of information resources, the advantage of reference consultation service in universities. It also introduces the ways of digital reference consultation service. It emphasizes that we should develop digital reference consultation service in resource share. |
